An intimate and sophisticated event where every moment was filled with genuine emotion, live music, and luminous setups designed to enhance the magic of the location.

La Bottega della Musica – Event Factory carefully oversaw the entire technical and musical production, creating a tailor-made concept that gracefully accompanied each phase of the day.

Welcome & Ceremony by the darsena

Guests were welcomed lakeside by an elegant string duo, providing a refined musical background. A sleek column speaker setup ensured crystal-clear, immersive sound while maintaining a discreet visual presence.

For the ceremony, a 4x2m stage covered in ivory carpet was installed, connected to a matching runner that emphasized the bride’s entrance down the darsena steps. A simple yet refined setup, perfectly in line with the romantic atmosphere of a Villa Erba wedding on Lake Como.

Cocktail with a view and sax notes

The panoramic terrace offered breathtaking lake views and hosted the cocktail hour, enriched by a live saxophonist alternating between soft melodies and upbeat moments. The outdoor audio setup was carefully calibrated to preserve the elegance of the environment while ensuring perfect sound delivery.

Dinner in the villa’s historic halls

Dinner was served in the villa’s splendid historic rooms, where La Bottega della Musica – Event Factory provided an indoor audio system for a personalized background playlist.

A perimeter lighting design with warm, diffused tones enriched the space, creating an intimate and scenically coherent atmosphere.

The romantic cake cutting took place once again by the darsena, accompanied by a music selection personally chosen by the couple and played through a dedicated sound system.

A spotlight focused on the newlyweds and the cake framed the highlight of the evening, which culminated in a spectacular fireworks display over the lake — an emotional and unforgettable finale.

Dancing in the atrium: dj set & live sax

The evening continued in the dance area, where a DJ set accompanied by live sax kept the party going until late into the night.

The mirrored DJ booth and the dynamic lighting system transformed the villa into an elegant, contemporary dance floor, perfectly integrated with the charm of the historic villa.
