A long-standing event agency, constantly evolving.
<For over thirty years, La Bottega della Musica – Event Factory, based in Alzate Brianza (Como), has been working with passion as both an event agency and a technical production service, offering creative, artistic and technical solutions for private clients, companies, wedding planners and event agencies.
We are a structured and dynamic company, with a multidisciplinary team and in-depth knowledge of the sector, capable of managing complex projects starting from our preferred area, Lake Como, but also in prestigious locations throughout Italy and abroad.
OUR ORIGINS
Founded in the 1990s with a focus on music for ceremonies, we immediately chose quality, customization and elegance as our guiding principles.
Over time, alongside our artistic offering, we have integrated a full range of technical services, supporting our clients in every stage of their event: from the ceremony to the party, always with a coherent, refined style and attention to detail.
INTERNATIONAL GROWTH
With the rise of tourism on Lake Como, we expanded our scope and evolved into a true Event Factory (an event agency and full-service provider) serving a discerning international clientele from the United States, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, India, China and beyond.
Today, those who turn to us are looking for an experienced guide, a reliable and creative partner able to interpret diverse needs through tailor-made solutions, technical excellence and a refined aesthetic sensibility.

They are the organizational heart of the agency: analysing, planning, solving and ensuring that each project runs smoothly — respecting timelines, budgets and expectations.

creative team
Responsible for the visual identity of our projects and our public communication, interpreting each event’s style with taste and coherence – combining aesthetics, creativity and consistency to enhance every concept, both online and offline.

administration
Working behind the scenes with precision and rigor, our administration manages every financial and accounting aspect.
It’s a constant and reliable presence essential to maintaining the rhythm and balance of our daily operations.

technical department
The operational arm of the agency, responsible for transport, setup, and on-site management of audio, lighting, video and structures.
They know every venue in detail and work with method and flexibility to ensure safe, timely and aesthetically flawless technical execution.
