A corporate event setup that blends technical innovation and functionality.
When STAR GROUP chose the East End Studios in Milan as the setting for its annual convention and gala dinner, the goal was clear: to create a corporate event setup that would transform the venue into an immersive, memorable experience aligned with the company’s identity.
For this reason, La Bottega della Musica – Event Factory was entrusted with the design and execution of the corporate event setup, delivering a complete technical and musical concept — from initial idea and coordination to on-site production.
CORPORATE EVENT SETUPS THAT COMBINE TECHNICAL INNOVATION AND FUNCTIONALITY.
Our team oversaw every detail of the setup, delivering a complete audio, lighting, and video production.
For the audio, we provided professional sound systems, carefully calibrated to ensure maximum speech intelligibility during the convention and a perfectly balanced atmosphere during dinner and dancing.
The lighting design included scenic spotlights, architectural lighting, and perimeter illumination, part suspended, part ground-mounted, to highlight each event area with precision.
On stage, the visual centerpiece of the setup: three LED walls, a central one for emotional video content, and two vertical totems, each 2.5 meters tall, used for a creative interaction between “virtual interviewers” and the live CEO on stage.
MUSIC AND DYNAMIC DIRECTION
The musical direction was entrusted to our DJ, who managed the interludes during the convention and tastefully accompanied the entire evening: from background music during dinner to the final dance set, tailoring each choice to the event’s timing and energy.
